Help with paint problem, Behr paint used to stick to Kilts first?
I applied 2 coats of primer internal Kilts commonly used in the walls of my house. I took the first time to dry then apply 2 coats of Behr paint on the bill. When you apply a small amount of paint, it seemed well for 3 seconds and then, further inspection, it seems plain that there are places in the place where I went. Then I moved to another area on the wall and apply a lot of paint on the wall. painting seemed then to run away from the moving wall I painted area. the full name of the paint is Behr Premium Plus Semi Gloss Enamel No. 3050 Ultra Pure White. The painting is acrylic / latex. I applied the paint when the temperature was normal and the humidity was acceptable. any help would be appreciated
Obviously the two are not compatible. I'm not familiar with these two, so all I can say is read the labels .. somewhere there you will discover that are not compatible.
