Camera Service Manual
I have a JVC Everio camcorder hard disk and can not understand how the transfer of vid to my PC?
When I follow the manual for everything that happens is that the vid's are cleared. I called JVC customer service and they told me the same thing that you should use the manual. I can even upload from my digital camera, but not camcorder.Any ideas?
Ask for a supervisor. Pawns of us can say that reading the manual! Its your job to guide you through it!
