Best camera settings for taking pictures of fireworks without a tripod?
Title of Disney in a month and of course I want to get some nice shots with my DSLR. Also of course I will not be carriyng around a tripod all day. My Rebel XS has image stabilization that should help a bit, and I intend to shoot with an opening of about 11, but what should be my shutter speed be? I want a rate to produce a fire artifice nice, but not slow enough camera movement in what will be a problem. Because it's Disney that can be difficult to find a place to put my camera through constant too. So what is the best setting for the celebration of fireworks in my hands?
You key the camera somehow, because the best shots of fireworks include at least three explosions and the time needed to collect such images can be 2 to 4 seconds (its very possible opening) Use the lowest ISO the camera reduces noise in the night sky.
