Night vision CCTV visibility?
I want to get night vision CCTV. and am not concerned about the distance it has vision for. But i am trying to find out, if i am standing in a pitch black room, how far away from the LED's do i have to be before i wont be able to see them?
My problem is i am needing Night vision in quite a small area. basically a room which is about 3x4 metres. Will the LED's be highly visible?
Standard IR red LEDs will be visible to anyone who's in the dark room. There are different IR cameras with different LEDs. Some of the LEDs are 4mm, where other ones are 8mm or even 12mm. You can see them from 6m easily.
