I have one.
Action shots - fine, but burst mode only takes three shots then saves them. This can make for a long wait between bursts while it saves them to the camera.
Continuous focus mode copes with things moving towards or away from the camera fine during bursts or continuous shooting.
Zooming is manually operated by turning a ring on the lens rather than power driven. This is FAR better than using a powered zoom (and makes the batteries last a lot longer).
Video works fine as well, and you can zoom while videoing.
The ISO goes up to 3200 so you can use faster shutter speeds for low light sports stuff.
I have taken 15 x 10 blowups and there is no visible grain, so don't worry about the "low" 6.3 MP rating.
Overall, apart from the burst mode limitations, it's a fine camera, even before you look at the price. At that price, it's a steal.
