How much is my guitar?
Ok, so I have a 1987 Gibson SG Special. (Almost vintage) is in ideal conditions, nothing outside the norm, nothing broken, virtually mint. It is the only picture in my avatar. But after all this time, it has some natural yellow horizontal marks and natural cause of the goal. My cousin came into the store and the man said (without even seeing my guitar) worth at least over $ 3,000. Perhaps even $ 4,000. I was like, man, is only a special. This may not be appropriate right? What would you estimate? I only bought it for $ 500 from this guy is in the guitar shop I go. So if you really worth that much .. then awesome! But in any way. My dad thinks it can not be more than $ 900 now.
Definitely should be worth more than $ 1000. Seriously, the vintage Gibson are much better than newer ones. It just built more carefully. People buy vintage Gibsons even though the new all the time, even if they have lots of scratches. I've seen Vintage Les Paul Juniors, which sell for $ 10,000 - $ 20,000 AU.
