The Sony Cybershot digital camera lens won't open. Need advice on how to fix it?
The camera slipped out of my hands at a wedding and I can't get the lens to open. What can I do?
It is damaged.
Either take it to a camera repair shop for repair or call Sony. Sony may be able to help you "reset" the camera. If they cannot do that, your camera will need repair.
