Has your child had a "kid tough" digital camera? If so, at what age and how did it hold up/work?
The "kid tough" digital cameras are very disappointing. The pixels are very low so that when your child does get a great shot, you cannot have prints made. The pictures don't look good on the computer, either. Most are too dark or fuzzy.
We waited until our child was 5 and bought her an inexpensive regular digital camera. She loves it! She takes about 100 photos a day when she uses it. She is 8 now and still has her camera.
